When looking for a baby monitoring solution, I came across an eBay auction for a wireless camera, that had night vision, and pan/tilt functionality. It claimed it would work on my wife’s iPhone, and any computer with internet connection. I picked it up, and have been mostly pleased. It was about $80.
On this Weigh-In-Wednesday, I woke up to find out my electronic scale won’t turn on. I am proud to say it didn’t break while I was standing on it. So as of right now, my weight loss is unknown. I did do some taping, and have lost about another inch or so- nothing amazing, but still progress. I’ll have to figure out something for the scale soon- as you can gain and lose weight in a minute just by stepping between scales. That’s why you should always weigh yourself at the same time in the day, on one scale only. So my next results might be skewed up or down- but it’s a swap I’m going to have to make.
I slept in and missed the gym this morning, but that’s OK- I should have time this evening for a nice swim.
I have been to the gym 7 days in a row! I’ve gone on long (and short lived) spurts of going to the gym, but never 7 consecutive days. Maybe 7 weeks of at least 3 to 5 a week, but never 7 straight. Let’s see if I can keep this up.
To accomplish this- I had to make a few sacrifices. I’ve been getting up much earlier most days, a few times I was able to sneak away for an hour in the evening, and today I spent my lunch hour swimming. (40 minutes non-stop!) As I get more energy from getting in shape, I hope the early morning hours become much easier. I’m proud of my success so far, and looking forward to Weigh-In Wednesday tomorrow morning.
