Today marks the start of day 5 of my reboot- day 2 of no food. Hopefully today will be juice-only (there was a smoothie and some V8 yesterday)
In the 4 days that I have completed so far- I have lost 10 lbs! I’m pretty excited about this. So far, the first day was really the only rough one. I crave food here and there, and if anything, I feel a constant desire for a snack of some kind- but never enough to act upon it. The desire is really only there when walking into the kitchen, or a convenience store- it’s not pestering me in the back of my mind all day.
